Basic information on the customs regime in export

The export customs regime allows the Community goods to leave the customs territory of the Community.

Temporary export in the regime of processing of goods outside the customs territory

The customs regime of processing of goods outside the customs territory allows the Community goods to be exported, on temporary basis, from the customs territory of the Community for the purpose of undergoing processing operations and releasing the given products into free circulation with complete or partial relief from the import duty.

Re-export

The re-export of any goods, which are not the Community goods, upon applying the conditional relief with economic effect. The goods will be released into the customs regime of customs warehousing and then proposed for export.

Temporary export with using the ATA (Admission Temporaire / Temporary Admission) carnet

The ATA carnet means an internationally unified customs document which allows to realize transit and temporary import of goods to third countries without payment of customs duty and other import charges (VAT), without any commercial-political limitations and without fulfillment of the customs formalities according to the national customs regulations of individual countries during one year (i.e. 12 months).
